The activity of THE WATER BRAND consists in selling cosmetic products online on its website, and offline in other stores.

Orders placed on a business day before 12:00 a.m. are prepared and shipped the same day. All purchases made after 12:00 a.m. are handled the next day.
The delivery time counts from when GLS collects the order from our logistics center until it delivers it to the indicated address. You will be able to know when your order has been collected because you will receive a confirmation email from GLS.
Orders are delivered on working days between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email from the delivery agency. In this email a link with which you can track online and know the status of the order at all times will appear.
Change Delivery Address
If your delivery is done by GLS (rest of destinations including Spain peninsula and Balearic Islands) when you receive the confirmation email from GLS, you will have the option to change the place and delivery date. Of course, do it the sooner the better, because if the order is already in distribution you will not be able to change it.
Collect my package in a Delegation or Collection Point
If your delivery is done by Correos when you proceed with your order you can indicate the address of your nearest CityPaq. If your delivery is done by GLS, when you receive the confirmation email from GLS, you can change the place of delivery by a GLS delegation or parcel shop.
Missed Shipping Delivery
If you are absent, the following business day they will try to make a second delivery.In the case that they cannot locate you either, the order will remain in the delegation in your area so that you can pick it up when it suits you. Tracking My Order
When you order is shipped, you will receive an email from the delivery company with a tracking link, via which you will be able to track your order at all times.
Cancel An Order
If you want to cancel an order, write to us at email@example.com and if the order has not yet left our warehouse we can cancel it and you will be refund the full amount of the purchase.
Have you changed your mind about your purchase ? No problem, returning it is very easy.
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order to return the products you do not want. Remember that the products must be returned as they were delivered, that is, in their original packaging, without having been opened or damaged or dirty.
The 1 ml sample that we include, you can open and, obviously, you do not have to return it. That's what it's for, so you can try the fragrance. As soon as we receive your products, we will check their condition and contact you to proceed with the refund.
In order for us to manage the return , please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with all the details of your order, and we will tell you how to proceed.
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of finalising the order.
We will not refund the payment in the following cases:
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Products not purchased on The Water Brand website.
- Used products whose packaging has been opened and/or tampered with.
In the event that the return is for reasons not attributable to The Water Brand (due to an error when making the purchase or because after trying the 1 ml sample of your order, the fragrance does not convince you), you will have to bear the cost of the return.
In the event that the return is for reasons attributable to The Water Brand (defective product), we will be of the costs associated with this return.
